Granite & Quartz Fabricator and Installer

Granite Remnants

Are you hoping to purchase granite for your home, but don’t want to pay the high price for a large slab? You don’t have to. Each year, we do thousands of granite projects. We often have granite remnant left over that is available for purchase. If you’re looking for a way to purchase beautiful, high-quality granite for a small job at a fraction of the cost, take the time to visit our location.

When Is Granite Remnant a Good Choice?

Granite itself is well worth the investment. It’s one of the most attractive stones for homes and commercial spaces. If you have a small project, remnants work well. For example, we often are able to help our clients find stunning granite for a bathroom vanity, a small kitchen island, or even countertops. It can also be used in commercial applications such as for counters or bathrooms. We encourage you to check out our inventory of granite remnants before you purchase a full slab or choose another type of product.

We’ll show you what you can do with a small piece of granite remnant. You’ll have something unique and interesting that your neighbors don’t have!

How Does the Process Work?

If you have a project in mind, such as a small tabletop or bathroom vanity, your first step is to give us a call. Our team is happy to work with you on your timeline. Then, we'll encourage you to visit our warehouse – we're very close to Virginia, Maryland, and Washington, D.C. You can see, touch, and compare all of our marble, quartz and Dekton pieces easily this way.

Most of the materials we have in stock come from our previous projects. If a client purchases a kitchen countertop, for example, they may not need a full slab to do so. This creates smaller components – it's the same granite, the same quality, and comes with all of the same features, details, and beautiful components that you would expect from any granite you select.

After you take a few minutes to compare your options, our team can go to work for you. We'll use your specifications and goals or come to your property for proper measurements. It's essential to get the details right to ensure the proper cuts are made on the stone. Then, we'll get the piece of granite cut for you and ready for your needs.

We can then bring it to your home and install it for you. This is the best option in most cases because it ensures the granite is not only able to get to your home in good condition, but it ensures professional installers are working with you to get it in place. That ensures the granite remains stable and functional for years to come.

We will give you advice on how to maintain your granite, too. As one of the most durable stones available today, this is the type of material you can use for many applications.
